1. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. These times must be strictly adhered to unless otherwise arranged in advance.
2. Occupancy Limit: The property must only be occupied by the number of guests specified in your booking. The presence of additional guests not accounted for in the booking will result in the immediate loss of your security deposit.
3. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 11PM to 5AM. To ensure the peace and comfort of our neighbors, loud noise or music is not tolerated and will result in the immediate loss of your security deposit.
4. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If evidence of smoking is found inside the property, you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
5. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. Any breach of this policy will result in the immediate forfeiture of your security deposit.
6. Parking: Please use only the designated parking space(s). Unauthorized use of additional or non-designated parking spaces will result in the immediate forfeiture of your security deposit.
7. No Parties/Events: The property is not to be used for parties or events unless notified in advance and an event contract is signed. Any violation of this rule will result in the immediate loss of your security deposit and potential legal action.
8. Damages: Any damages to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Failure to report damages, or any damages incurred during your stay, will result in the immediate loss of your security deposit.
9. Maintenance of Property: While we provide a final cleaning service, we expect the property to be maintained in a clean and tidy state throughout your stay. The property should be left in a similar condition upon departure. Non-compliance will result in the immediate forfeiture of your security deposit.
10. Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of the entire security deposit, and possible legal action.
11. Security: The property should be properly secured when not occupied. The property owner is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
12. Energy Conservation: Please conserve energy by turning off lights, electronics, and air conditioning when not in use. Abuse of property utilities will result in the immediate forfeiture of your security deposit.
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you fully understand the house rules and agree that any violation will result in the immediate forfeiture of your entire security deposit, in addition to any other costs associated with repairing damages, additional cleaning, or legal fees.
If you cancel your booking at least 30 days before the check-in date, you will be entitled to a full refund of the booking amount. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of making the reservation and at least 14 days before the check-in date, you will be entitled to a full refund of the booking amount. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
If you cancel your booking 14 days or less before the check-in date, you will not be entitled to a refund. The full booking amount will be charged to your original payment method.
